As a seasoned psychotherapist, I am dedicated to providing a safe and welcoming space for individuals to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. With over 10 years of experience, I have honed my skills to help clients identify and work through obstacles that are keeping them from living their best lives.

My passion for psychology started early on, and since then, I have delved deep into theories and practices that support human development and behavior. I am committed to helping my clients feel confident and empowered in their lives by tailoring my approach to their unique needs.

In addition to my professional experience, I am also an avid reader, animal lover, and recreational artist. I find joy in staying active and spending time near water, playing volleyball, and engaging in board games. As a firm believer in giving back to the community, I volunteer with homeless-supporting nonprofits and dedicate my time and resources to making a difference in the world.

My therapeutic style is authentic, down to earth, and person-centered, with an eclectic approach to treatment. I strive to make every client feel comfortable, supported, and non-judged while working towards their goals.

Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, life transitions, or simply seeking personal growth, I am here to guide and support you every step of the way. Let's work together to unlock your full potential and achieve lasting positive change in your life.
